North Hills Nanny LLC takes time to understand each family’s needs and review caregiver qualifications before coordinating care. Screening helps us assess whether a requested booking may be a good fit; it does not guarantee a placement, booking, or caregiver availability.
Caregiver screening
Caregivers interested in joining the North Hills Nanny LLC roster must complete the agency’s application, interview, and onboarding process. Caregivers are expected to provide truthful, complete information about their:
Identity and work history
References and childcare experience
Certifications, including CPR and First Aid status
Availability and relevant qualifications
Caregivers authorize North Hills Nanny LLC to verify submitted information and conduct lawful, job-related screening when appropriate, with any required notices and consent. Caregivers must keep required credentials current and tell the agency promptly about any expiration, suspension, or material change.
The agency may pause referrals while reviewing a safety concern, incomplete documentation, or a change that could affect a caregiver’s eligibility. Joining the roster does not guarantee assignments, hours, or income. Assignment details and applicable work and payment arrangements will be provided in writing before work begins.
Family screening and consultation
Families must complete a phone consultation with North Hills Nanny LLC before using the agency’s booking services. The consultation helps us understand the family’s needs, explain the process, and discuss the requested care.
Families must also provide accurate, complete information relevant to the request, including:
Parent or guardian contact information and care location
Children’s ages and the requested schedule
Relevant health, allergy, developmental, or safety needs
Care duties, routines, and any special qualifications requested
Event details and an itinerary when the request involves a wedding or other event requiring more in-depth planning
The agency may follow up for clarification or additional information before determining whether it can proceed with a request. Incomplete information or a care request that cannot be safely or appropriately matched may delay or prevent confirmation.
Booking confirmation
Submitting a request does not confirm care or guarantee that a caregiver is available. A booking is confirmed only after a caregiver accepts and the family receives confirmation through the platform or directly from North Hills Nanny LLC.
For weddings or other events involving a detailed itinerary or venue coordination, an additional phone consultation may be needed. Joyce Shannon, owner of North Hills Nanny LLC, will help coordinate the caregiver match for these bookings.
