📆Schedule: Weekdays; generally 2–3 days per week, with start times ranging between 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM depending on the family’s needs. ( Mom gets her schedule 3 weeks in advance )

⏰Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week guaranteed

💲Compensation: $28–$32/hr depending on experience and qualifications via payroll system

About the Family

We are a warm, professional household adjusting to life with our first child. One parent owns a business and travels extensively for work, while the other works as a pharmacist 2–3 days per week on a casual schedule. We are relatively active, value a calm and organized home, and are looking for a trustworthy partner to support both childcare and light household management while we balance professional and personal commitments.

Our Parenting Style

We are still finding our rhythm as first-time parents — aiming for a routine for our toddler while remaining cautious and thoughtful as we learn. We’d love a nanny who is experienced with infants/toddlers and can gently guide us through milestones, while providing a calm and educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Loving, attentive care for a 1-year-old — including play, early learning activities, and maintaining a predictable routine.

• Child-related tasks: bottles, meal prep, dishes, laundry, and keeping play spaces and the first floor tidy.

• Light family assistant tasks as time allows: general organization, maintaining order, and light pet care (feeding/letting out two friendly dogs; occasional walks if comfortable).

• Occasional travel opportunities if the relationship and availability allow (domestic and international).
