What We Look For in Our Nannies
We set a high bar because families are trusting us with what matters most. To join our team, you’ll need:
To be at least 18 years of age
Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience
A genuine love for working with children
Three professional childcare references
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Infant/Child CPR & First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification before beginning a new position
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Non-smoker
Authorized to work in the United States
Fluent in English or able to communicate effectively in English
