What We Look For in Our Nannies
We set a high bar because families are trusting us with what matters most. To join our team, you’ll need:
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Minimum age of 18
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
At least 3 years of paid childcare experience (babysitting for relatives doesn’t count)
Updated resume with three professional refrences
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
Clean background check, social media presence, and driving record
High School diploma (higher education in child development preferred)
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability
Successful in-person interview with the agency owner
Clean social media presence
Non-smoker
