Q: What does "verified" mean?
A: Verified members will have to submit references, background checks, and credentials such as clearances or CPR certification. We reviewed these documents to ensure members meet basic safety and professional standards.
Q: How do I access the directory?
A: You can purchase a One-Time Access Pass or Annual Membership.
Q: How do I know which provider is right for me?
A: Each listing includes details such as age ranges served, availability, care philosophy, and contact info.
Q: Can I request help finding a provider?
A: Yes! But that comes with an extra fee, you can submit a care request form and we’ll help you find a nanny or provider based on your family’s specific needs through our nanny referral agency North Hills Nanny LLC.
Q: What if I don’t find someone right away?
A: Our directory is updated monthly, and new providers are projected to be added regularly. We recommend checking back often or upgrading to VIP for hands-on support.

Q: What documents do I need to be verified?
A: We ask for at least two references, your child abuse and criminal clearances, and optional CPR certification. Nannies should also submit a brief summary of experience.
Q: Can I update or remove my listing?
A: Yes. You can request updates or removal at any time by emailing us at northhillsnanny@gmail.com or messaging us through Facebook or Instagram.
Q: What happens if a provider is reported for safety concerns?
A: We take all safety concerns seriously. Verified status may be removed if a provider violates our community standards or if concerns are confirmed after review.
