Event Childcare

Every event is different, so we create a childcare plan based on the number and ages of the children, the event schedule, and the care you need.

Caregiver coverage starts at $45 per caregiver, per hour, with a four-hour minimum. The number of caregivers is determined after we learn more about the children attending.

Agency booking and coordination fee: $250 for events with up to 15 children, or $350 for events with 16–25 children. For larger events, please request a custom quote.

Basic, age-appropriate activities- including books, games, coloring, and toys- are included. Optional additions include themed crafts starting at $125 and individual activity bags starting at $8 per child.

The final quote will include the agreed number of caregivers, their scheduled hours, and the agency fee. Changes to the child count, schedule, or requested services may affect the final price.
