Special Occasion Nanny

To book a Special Occasion Nanny, there is a $40 booking fee per nanny

Rate begins at $25/hr pending number of children, duties of the nanny and nanny experience.
Wedding Nanny
(a tailored service for yours or a family members wedding day/weekend, please inquire for more details)
To book a Wedding Nanny, there is a booking fee to secure the date(s). Please Inquire for a quote.
Rates start at $35.00/hour
Rates depend on the details of the itinerary, number of children and nanny experience.
Note: A 4-hour minimum applies for all services. Holidays and special event dates are subject to a time-and-a-half rate.
If a babysitting request is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a $5/hour surcharge will apply (e.g., a hotel request within 24 hours would be $35/hour).
Note: These rates do not apply to nanny-shares or multiples. North Hills Nanny LLC. will determine the final hourly rate based on your family’s needs.
Night Nanny

Average Duration:
Short-Term: 2 to 4 weeks (often just to get through the initial postpartum period)
Standard: 6 to 12 weeks (most common timeframe, especially for establishing sleep routines)
Extended: Up to 4 to 6 months (for families wanting continued support with sleep training, twins, reflux, or returning to work)
Typical Weekly Schedule:
3–5 nights per week
8–12 hour overnight shifts, usually from 9 PM–7 AM or 10 PM–6 AM
The Agency Cost: 10% of caregivers compensation

Respite Care
Affordable, pay-as-you-go service:
To book a respite caregiver, there is a $30 booking fee per day. Please ask about our respite membership to save money. If you are seeking long-term care, we can discuss pricing options on our consultation.

Rates begin at $25/hr pending on duties and experience of the caregiver
Travel Fees
- Mileage: $0.70 per mile will be charged for any driving done by the nanny using her own vehicle to transport your child. This excludes travel to and from the nanny's home unless otherwise noted. If the destination is over 1 hour from their home, there is $50 travel fee.
-North Hills Nanny LLC. Nannies can travel with your family or stay with your children while you enjoy a weekend getaway.
- Hourly rate pay applies from 7 AM to 10 PM during travel or overnight stays.
- Overnight stays: A flat fee of $150/night is charged.
