How Our Process Works
At North Hills Nanny LLC, every step is designed to bring clarity, confidence, and connection to families and nannies. Whether you’re booking a one-time consultation or a full recruiting service, the process is simple and personal.
1️⃣ Submit an Inquiry
Start by filling out the Clarity Call Inquiry Form on our website.
This helps Joyce understand your needs and determine which package fits best — whether that’s an info call, consulting session or a full recruiting service.
2️⃣ Personal Follow-Up
Within 24–48 hours, Joyce will personally review your form and email/text you with available call times and payment details if booking a consulting session.
This one-on-one approach ensures every client gets personalized attention and clear next steps before moving forward.
3️⃣ Confirm Your Session or Service
Once your time and payment are confirmed, your booking is officially secured.
For consulting calls, you’ll receive a Zoom link and a short pre-call checklist.
For recruiting, your intake meeting will be scheduled to begin the hiring process.
4️⃣ Meet with Joyce
During your scheduled session, Joyce provides expert insight on pay standards, contracts, communication, and structure.
If you’ve booked a recruiting service, this is where she begins crafting your job posting and screening qualified candidates.
5️⃣ Receive Your Custom Plan or Placement
After your session, you’ll receive a written recap or onboarding guide tailored to your situation.
Families hiring through our recruiting service will also receive vetted candidates, interview support, and post-placement follow-up for peace of mind.
6️⃣ Ongoing Support
Whether you want continued consulting, conflict resolution, or a future placement, Joyce offers optional follow-up sessions and retainer options to keep your childcare journey supported every step of the way.
