Position Overview

This family is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and confident full-time nanny to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for their infant daughter. The ideal nanny values clear communication, patience, flexibility, and a child-first mindset. As the child grows and the nanny-child relationship develops, there will be opportunities for age-appropriate outings such as walks, library visits, and park time.

Mom works from home, so comfort working in a shared environment and maintaining professional boundaries is important.

Household tasks are secondary to childcare and are open for discussion based on comfort level.
