North Hills Nanny LLC is excited to help a warm, organized, family-oriented family in the Edgeworth area of Sewickley find an experienced, nurturing full-time nanny for their sweet baby boy, Felix, born July 2026.
📍 Location: Edgeworth / Sewickley, PA
📅 Start Date: November 9, 2026 — or until the right fit is found
🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00
⏰ 40 guaranteed hours per week with some scheduling flexibility
💰 $28-$32/hour, based on experience
💛 ABOUT THE FAMILY
Mom and Dad describe themselves as warm, communicative, organized, and team-oriented. They value the structure and routines that help keep their home calm while also leaving room for flexibility, humor, and enjoying life together.
They are very family-oriented and love spending time outdoors, traveling, reading, cooking, and being with their extended family. Felix is the first grandchild on Mom’s side, and they are thrilled to be entering this season with him!
Dad works in financial services and currently travels to NYC during the workweek. Mom works remotely but has the flexibility to work from another family property nearby, allowing the nanny and their son to have their own space and routine when needed.
The family also has two older bonus children, ages 10 and 12, who primarily stay with the family on weekends and are not expected to be part of the nanny’s regular responsibilities.
👶 THE ROLE
The nanny’s primary responsibility will be providing loving, attentive, developmentally appropriate care for their son.
The family hopes to find someone who will encourage his development and curiosity through:
• Age-appropriate play and activities
• Reading and language development
• Outdoor time and walks
• Developmental milestones
• Maintaining healthy routines and consistency
• Creating a safe, loving, calm environment
During baby’s naps, the family would appreciate help with light child-related household responsibilities such as:
• Washing bottles and feeding supplies
• Loading/unloading the dishwasher as needed
• Baby’s laundry
• Tidying toys and child spaces
• Keeping his areas organized
• Occasional small household requests, such as putting away a time-sensitive grocery delivery or pulling something from the freezer to thaw
Professional housecleaning and lawn care are already provided.
🐶 The family also has a dog, a sweet 6-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Basic pet support would include letting her into the fenced yard and including her on walks when appropriate.
💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This family is offering a wonderful professional nanny package:
✅ $28-$32hour, based on experience
✅ 40 Guaranteed hours per week
✅ Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours/week
✅ 2 weeks paid vacation/PTO — one week coordinated with the family’s vacation and one week of the nanny’s choosing
✅ 5 paid sick days
✅ 8–10 paid holidays, depending on the calendar
✅ IRS mileage reimbursement for approved work-related driving
✅ Annual performance review with opportunity for a raise
✅ Anniversary bonus
✅ CPR/First Aid renewal covered by the family
