Part-Time Infant Nanny (Go Full-Time August 2025)

Position Details:

-Start Date: As soon as the right fit is found

-Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-12pm or 1pm, flexible for start and end time

-Guaranteed Hours: 20-25 until August, 40 come August

-Child: 2-month-old baby boy (born March 2025)

-Location: Gibsonia, PA (in-home care only)

-Compensation: $20-$28 for PT, $25-$28 for FT via Payroll System

-Benefits: Paid holidays, 3 paid sick days

-Pets: One sweet, low-maintenance yellow lab (no pet care required unless desired)

Ideal Candidate:

The family is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and friendly nanny that is comfortable with Grandma and Mom popping in for some snuggles with their grandson/son! Bonus if you’re Spanish speaking but not required.

About the Family:

This warm and positive family consists of two work-from-home software engineers enjoying their first months of parenthood. They value evidence-based parenting and are looking for a caregiver who shares their love for learning and kindness. Their home is peaceful, tech-savvy, and full of love—and they hope to find a nanny who fits right in.

Future Plans:

The family hopes the same nanny can transition to full-time hours starting the end of August 2025 for at least 1-1.5 years.

Responsibilities:

* Engaging, age-appropriate infant care

*Helping child meet developmental milestones

* Light housekeeping- cleaning up after child and child laundry

* Optional: letting their sweet lab out occasionally

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of infant experience

* Up-to-date on (or willing to get) Flu, COVID, TDAP, and MMR vaccines

* Positive, patient, and friendly personality

* CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete)

*Non-smoker

* Reliable and professional

*Willing to undergo a background check

*Clean driving record

*Mom and Dad are both on leave until September
