North Hills Nanny’s recruiting process takes the stress out of hiring. From the initial intake to the final placement, Joyce personally screens, interviews, and presents qualified candidates who align with your family’s needs and values.
Investment: 10% of the nanny’s first-year compensation
(Minimum $850, most placements average between $850–$1,200)
Includes:
In-depth family intake consultation
Job posting + ad distribution
Candidate sourcing & interviews
Reference and clearance checks
Offer letter & contract support
30-day follow-up after hire
Families pay only once a nanny is successfully hired and begins employment.

North Hills Nanny also offers temporary nanny placements and event childcare with reliable, background-checked professionals.
